Effective Date
These Terms of Service are effective as of 1 JAN 2024

Parties Involved
8T20 CAPITAL (PTY) LTD trading as and referred to herein as “KEVLAR", "we", "us", or "our".

Scope and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), in conjunction with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy, govern your access to and use of KEVLAR's website located at https://bkevlar.com ("Site"), our mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms ("Apps"), and all associated services, features, content, and applications we offer (collectively, the "Services").

Binding Agreement
You accept these Terms by registering for, accessing, or using our Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site or downloading the Apps. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KEVLAR.  All users, registered or otherwise, are subject to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions we may prescribe from time to time, which are incorporated herein by reference.  We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated via the Site or email notification. Continued use of the Services post-modification constitutes agreement to the modified Terms.  If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on the entity's behalf.

Service Description
The Services provide a platform that may be used to manage public and private cryptographic keys and communicates with bitcoin’s blockchain and nodes. KEVLAR is not a financial institution, and the Services are not intended for trading or managing digital or virtual currencies.

Eligibility
Users must be at least 16 years old. KEVLAR reserves the right to refuse service based on our eligibility criteria that may change at any time at our sole discretion and to comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Account Registration and Responsibility
All public and private key sets held in a user’s device are self-custodial, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and connected keys for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and updated account information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. It remains the exclusive and sole responsibility of the user to protect their devices from hackers, and KEVLAR holds no responsibility or ownership whatsoever of any bitcoin owned by the users in which they may use the private or public keys to such bitcoin through the KEVLAR Services.

Content and License
You agree to use the Services' content only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. Any use of the content beyond the scope granted herein requires our prior written permission.

Use of Services
We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.  You may not use the Services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose. Compliance with applicable laws and respect for intellectual property rights are mandatory.

Multi-Signature and Recovery Key
The recovery key service provided by KEVLAR is a last resort service and should not be relied on to send bitcoin. If a user loses their keys or backups and cannot access their private keys connected to KEVLAR, KEVLAR is unable to solve this situation and the users’ funds may be lost forever.

Third-Party Services and Content
The Services may allow you to access or interact with third-party content. KEVLAR is not responsible for any third-party services or content accessed via the Services.

Payments and Billing
Certain Services may require payment. You agree to comply with the payment terms disclosed at the time of purchase or subscription. All transactions are governed by the terms of your selected payment method and our Payment Processor.

Modifications to Services
KEVLAR reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

Termination
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KEVLAR concerning the Services. Any failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
